The Challenge: Academic Pressure

University students today face unprecedented levels of stress. Recent surveys show that 1 in 4 students struggles with severe anxiety, yet the stigma of visiting a formal campus counselor prevents many from seeking help. This silence often leads to burnout and dropouts.

Our Solution: Peer-Led Support

We train "Mental Health Ambassadors" directly within the student body. These peer leaders host weekly "De-stress Circles" and workshops, creating a safe, non-clinical environment for students to open up. It’s not therapy—it’s connection.
